A well-planned Cottage Garden provides a lush and untamed
space that abounds with plants, color, fragrance, and romance.
They can be low-maintenance and fit into the smallest areas.
English Knot or Box Gardens can stand alone, envelope plants,
surround an architectural detail, or even direct views. They
provide evergreen winter interest and a bit of formality.
Victorian-style gardens give you a place to experiment annually
with color and plant combinations. In this talk landscape
designer, Amy Sampson will present the aesthetic and practical
guidelines needed to create your own English-style garden.
Appropriate plant and hardscape materials and color mixes will
be presented.
